Columbus Campus Course Administration
This course consists of two hours of lecture and two hours of recitation. All lectures are in-person. Student on the Columbus Campus have three options for the recitation. Students enrolled in any Columbus Campus lecture can participate in any style of recitation (provided there are open seats).
The three Columbus Campus recitation options are:
(1) In-person in a computer lab. To sign up for this type of recitation, enroll in a STAT 1430.01 recitation section where the classroom is EA 285 or 295.
(2) In-person with your own laptop. Students in these sections must bring their own laptop or tablet (e.g. iPad). To sign up for this type of recitation, enroll in STAT 1430.01 recitation section where the classroom is PO 260 or CL 120.
(3) Online. Students in these sections do not attend a physical room for recitation but instead complete lab assignments on their own using any internet-connected desktop or laptop computer. To sign up for this type of recitation, enroll in any STAT 1430.02 recitation section. The .02 designation in the course number simply indicates that the recitation is online.
Each lecture section has recitations with both .01 and .02 designations.
