Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

Undergraduate Tutoring

MSLC Tutoring

The Mathematics and Statistics Learning Center (MSLC), located in Cockins Hall, provides in-person and virtual office hours for most undergraduate courses offered by the Department of Statistics. Please see the MSLC website for a complete list of courses for which MSLC tutoring is provided and the tutoring schedule for each course. Check your Carmen course page for the Zoom link for virtual office hours.

Tutoring for some Statistics courses is held in the Data Analytics Learning Center (DALC) in Pomerene Hall room 151. If the MSLC website indicates that in-person tutoring for your course is in PO 151, you can meet with the Graduate Teaching Assistants for your course in the DALC on the first floor of Pomerene Hall.

Private Tutoring

Students currently enrolled in a statistics course offered by the Ohio State Department of Statistics may contact Jean Scott, Statistics Program Coordinator, about hiring a private tutor by emailing scott.961@osu.edu.
