Ohio State's undergraduate major in data analytics was featured in a recent article published by The Chronicle of Higher Education on the wave of new degrees in data sciences being offered at universities across the county.  In the article, associate professor of statistics and co-director of the data analytics major, Chris Hans, describes how Ohio State became one of the first universities to offer an undergraduate major in the subject.  Now in its fifth year, the major has attracted over 200 students from across Ohio, the United States, and the world.
