The American Statistical Association and the Caucus for Women in Statistics are hosting Florence Nightingale Day on Oct. 27 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  Female students in grades 8-12 are invited to this inaugural event taking place at The Ohio State University campus (Jennings Hall, MBI, 1735 Neil Ave, Columbus, OH 43210) as part of a similar national celebration to promote the science of data.

Students can discover career opportunities in statistics and data science, take part in fun activities with data, and develop connections.
