The Statistics Department’s annual ice cream social will be held at Graeter's (1534 W Lane Ave, Columbus, OH 43221) next Friday (8/29) at 5:00pm. All faculty, staff, students, and their families are invited to enjoy some (free!) ice cream by courtesy of the department. All you need to do is let the cashier know that you are with the OSU Statistics Department and make sure you sign the sign-in sheet that will be located at the register. There should be plenty of parking, as well as both indoor and outdoor seating.
For grad students: we are planning to set up a carpool. If you don’t have transportation or if you are willing to drive someone without a car, sign up here.
You can also use the Transit app to find a bus route that is convenient for you. Your BuckID gets you a free ride on all COTA bus lines.
