Title: A multi-channel and lag period in classroom

Abstract: As students embark on their journey into a university life, there are common/ideal expectations: they will be confident on their studies and ready to take on new challenges; they get opportunities to deeply engage with the subject with more examples and projects; they Improve teamwork and leadership skills. However, the reality often differs from these ideal expectations. We will see why not all students are performing as expected, and what are some moderations we can implement toward students’ success. We will explore the concept of a multi-channel lecture approach and the idea of "lag period," both designed with the aim of creating more opportunities for students to perform better.
