Laura Kubatko serves on the organizing committee for the semester-long program on “Theory, Methods, and Applications of Quantitative Phylogenomics” at the Institute for Computational and Experimental Mathematics (ICERM) at Brown University. The program features three week-long workshops during the Fall 2024 semester, as well as the opportunity for scientists from statistics, mathematics, computation, and biology to be in residence for the semester. As part of her duties, Kubatko serves on the organizing committee for the workshop on “Current Methods and Open Problems in Mathematical and Statistical Phylogenetics,” which will be held on September 16-20.
