O'Leary Receives NACADA Excellent in Advising Award

Brooke O'Leary, the Academic Planning Specialist and advisor for the Data Analytics major, has won the NACADA Region 5 Excellence in Advising - Advisor Primary Role for the year!
NACADA is a global community of professional advisors, counselors, faculty, administrators, and students working to enhance the educational development of students. Its Great Lakes Region 5 includes Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Ontario, Michigan, Nunavut, and Wisconsin. The annual Excellence in Advising Awards recognize individuals who demonstrate qualities and practices that make significant contributions to the improvement of academic advising. In particular, the advisor primary role recognizes individuals whose primary role at the institution is the direct delivery of advising services to students.
