Congratulations to Dr. Steven MacEachern on being elected as a 2021 Institute of Mathematical Statistics (IMS) Fellow!  IMS Fellows are nominated in recognition of their research in statistics or probability.  Steve was nominated for his fundamental and influential contributions to Bayesian statistics and inference, especially in the area of Bayesian nonparametrics, for dedicated mentoring of students and young researchers, and service to the profession.
