My research interests center on distance learning, statistics education and various higher education affairs. I have contributed to the efforts to strategically expand the online offerings in the mathematical sciences. My recent scholarly activities have centered on matters of equity for historically underserved populations — ranging from women in STEM fields to transfer student success.
