Michael Browne, Emeritus Professor of Psychology and Statistics, passed away on October 10, 2018. He received his BA and M.Sc. degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand and his Ph. D. from the University of South Africa.
Professor Kate Calder was elected chair of Graduate Council, which is the principal advisory body of the Graduate School and participates in the development of rules, policies, and standards pertaining to graduate programs, graduate associates, and graduate fellowships.
